ePUAP (Electronic Platform of Public Administration Services) is a nationwide teleinformatic platform used for communication between citizens and entrepreneurs with public administration units in a unified, standard manner.
The platform also serves to communicate between public administration units. Service providers are public administration entities and other entities performing public tasks commissioned or entrusted to them for implementation.

In the case of matters handled via ePUAP, all correspondence with the office is done electronically. Documents are not signed manually – A free Trusted Profile is used to sign electronic documents.
In order to use the ePUAP platform, it is necessary to have a PESEL number and set up an account on the ePUAP portal. It is also necessary to verify your identity - using a Trusted Profile or a qualified electronic signature.

With the help of ePUAP you can, for example: report the birth of a child, obtain a copy of a birth certificate, submit an application for the 800 plus benefit, register for permanent residence. ePUAP also provides a number of services for entrepreneurs.
